Titanium Stem

Look closely at our stem design and you’ll see a theme. Titanium is precisely carved away around the steerer tube clamp bolts and face-plate bolts to minimize weight and maximize style (we measured it) without any reduction in strength.

We worked with Josh Ogle, a watchmaker by trade, to refine this design to the greatest degree. We then build our stems in custom lengths and angles to pinpoint your riding position exactly as you need it, and custom finishes to make them look exactly as you want.

• 28.6mm steerer clamp, 31.8mm stem clamp
• Custom lengths from 70-150mm, custom angles from 0 to + or -17 degrees
• Brushed or bead blasted with contrasting Firefly logos
• Available with a size matched, custom-machined, 5mm Firefly headset top cap
• 110mm stem weighs 140 grams
• Recommended torque for all bolts: 5Nm (check with fork and bar manufacturer for exceptions)
